Constant repairs, incompetent management, and overpriced From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/22/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   The pool was unavailable for over a month due to repairs, and month later is out of service again. Apartments overlooking the courtyard have a problem with light from the open corridors at night due to the paper thin curtains. Blackout curtains can be purchased but take 2 months to arrive. The carpets are office quality and too rough to walk on bare foot. The third manager in less than 6 months has just started. Management is ineffectual, superficially nice to the point of nausea, and only interested in extorting the maximum rent possible. Several security guards harass female tenants with questions about marital status, gender preferance and one cornered me outside the building. Changing company has made little impact. The only positive things about the apartment are convenient location for work, and lovely neighbors. I plan to move in the near future and am taking legal advice. I can only assume the 5 star reviews were written by management.
