I was so excited to move to Sunset and Vine but began to realize that this place sucks. It seems like a nice place but really is frustrating when the jacuzzi is out of service 95% of the time, the pool is freezing, the fireplaces don't work and the sauna never works. The fire alarms in the building go off all the time and it will wake you up at all hours of the night. When you need anything the manager and office workers are such a joke and are not helpful. Sunset and vine is filled with kids from the film school who are loud and annoying. Residents don't pick up after themselves or their dogs. After the weekend this place is a dump and the poor cleaning ladies have to clean up after these idiots.They also charge way to much and require a 2 month notice when moving out which makes it very difficult when looking for a new home. Do not move here!

Hi, I work in the property management industry and wanted to let you know that by California Law you are only required to give a 30 day notice. The law always superecceeds and rental agreement. They cannot hold you to a 30 day notice because it would never pass in a court of law! Actually I used to work for them so I know for a fact they can't hold you to that!
