NIce area, nice apartments - I live in a studio apartment here. The building is well maintained, the neighbors are friendly and not too loud. You occasionally hear sounds but it's an apartment building what else would you expect. The area is really nice to live in. I would definitely recommend it. Awesome Apartment and Awesome manager! Incredible apartments in the heart of Hollywood and suprisingly quiet inside. Mia, the manager is awesome. She is probably the sweetest and most helpful manager you will ever meet. Not a bad price either for the location.
