Sunset and Vine 44% Recommended Apr 04 2008: The new manager Christine has really done an awesome clean up, this building is now shiny and new....it looks beautiful...all the amenities are in working order...finally I like to come home. Kudos to you Christine...fantastic job....dont ever leave. COSMO LOFTS 14% Recommended Feb 11 2008: This place is nothing but an overpriced dump! The plumbing leaks, the electrical system is a mess and it takes several days and dozens of phone calls before anything is repaired. It has been over two months and they have not given me my deposit back, although everything was in good condition and they promised I would get it back through email correspondence.
