great - I moved from a horrible apartment to this very nice surprise. The grounds are very nice. The manager is absolutely wonderful and helpful from fixing a broken window to needed laundry quarters.
It is an older building so you have some stomping noise from the upstairs apartments, but everything is maintained nicely.
