I've lived at Beachwood Village for over a year now and have had no complaints. (Of course the parking is inadequate, but the same can be said for all of Southern California.) The grounds are well-kept, the neighbors are friendly, the community is safe, and the rent is comparable to the area. The one bedroom units are surprisingly spacious, and the staff is always helpful. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone who is looking for a nice, low-key place to live.
