I move here for the great school district and the closeness to the beach. I like the new laundry rooms the put it and how they are down the hall from very floor, it makes it pretty easy, haha especially with two boys. They are not as upgraded as most places, BUT IT IS SO MUCH BETTER THAN PAYING THE SAME FOR UPGRADES AND LIVING AWAY FROM THE BEACH !! Well I guess you decide, but as for me it is perfect.
