OK for a large complex From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/3/2001 Years at this apartment: 1989 - 1998   Good staff. Nice grounds. Gated parking. Location is very convenient (right on the 405, and near everything you could want). I had a few problems here though. I lost my covered parking without notice, which rubbed me. Rent increases were almost assured with every lease renewal by the time I left...which is WHY I left. Maybe I'm just lucky, but it's the only place that I've lived that bumped up rent consistantly. Overall, it was a good experience. I lived there more than 5 years (at 2 different times) and would consider moving back again.
