easy access location From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/1/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Staff was excellent- personable and friendly! Close to 405 (73) and 22 freeways- also, minutes from the beach. Clubhouse has great accomodations. The only real problem is the parking; residents have gated parking, but visitor parking is scarce- however, there is adequate parking on the adjacent street.
