all reviews are true From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/14/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   i was lied to everytime i went into the rental office. pam who is the property manager deserves an academy award,she is a truly gifted actress. her assistant imo has some serious mental issues. the will tell you (lie) everything you want to hear. we wanted a quiet place, we live among habitual party people. we were told they were professionals ...like doctors and lawyers. everyone here is charged different sums of rent...offered different leases....all according to whatever they think they can get out of you. i was told to sneak my pets in by one rental consultant.....then realized it was a scam to probably take my whole deposit. they calim they have a pee sensor to detect pet urine abd say the carpets never dry. one would ask then how they could charge you for someone elses previous stains' believe me.....they have a cheerful answer for everything and when they dont or the asst manager is there she will dismiss you with her lousy attitude. bottom line......dont live here if you have a a' real job" and like to sleep at night
