Great little community From: jeanmurr@yahoo.com Date posted: 10/20/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007 1 response   My name is Jean and I have live here for over 4 years now and I can say that this is s the best place I have ever rented from. Lyon Management Group is more focused on the customer service end of things now and it shows. This property is not new but it has been renovated and it seems that Lyon cares about resident opinions by sending surveys with work request. There is a new younger manager named Erik who is by far one of the best managers this apartment complex has had, he calls us a day or two after we requested work to be done in our apartment just to make sure the work has been done, It looks like he really cares and enjoys his job. Also the new maintenance man Bill is quite efficient at his job and seems to know a great deal about the same. I trully recommend this apartment community to anybody who is willing to pay a little more per month but you get great neighbors a quiet community and excellent customer service from the staff. Highly recommended!!!
