I've lived here for a year now and am regretfully moving out but wanted to write this review, so others know they can get a nice apartment here. The management did a good job with requests. They did try to repair our garbage disposal about 5 times with no luck, so they finally replaced it. My bathroom sink had a leak and they replaced it with a new one within a weeks time. With that said, I think the repair requests were taken care of satisfactorily. Parking is almost always available for tenants and guests, however about 10 spots are underneath a tree that gets sap all over your car. I always try avoiding parking in those spots. I have not heard of any car break ins, and have even left my car unlocked several times. So it's a safe community. The apartments are nice looking and my guests have always said so. The dual master bedrooms are bigger than any other apartments I have seen. There are streams outside the apartment so you do hear the sound of running water with your windows open. For some, including myself, this could be a soothing sound. They do not have air conditioners in the apartments, but they do stay relatively cool since we get the ocean breeze. Spiders are in abundance here, due to all of the trees. The place is very quiet almost all times throughout the day. Anyhow, I have enjoyed my stay @ these apartments and hope this review helps others decide if this could be the right place them. First 9 month lease rent was $1760/mo with garage. Now with new 12 month lease $1575/mo. So the price went down. Sept. '08 to July '09
