This community has really changed. It is under new management. The staff is wonderful. The partiers are gone. It is a very quiet place to live. They have painted and upgraded alot. And you can't beat the price. People are very friendly and helpful.
The atmopshere here is very postive. I love it here..... This is a great place to call home. Maintenance is great. They accept cats and dogs with restrictions.in addition I love that these are cute cottages that look like little houses some with private patios.

I agree, these are great little homes that are perfect for living the quiet life. Managers are great and always ready with a smile. We have lived here 6 years and don't plan on leaving any time soon. Love it!!!

Some of these "reviews" are completely bogus. In 2004, this place had a revolving door of lazy managers and maintenance was terrible. And in July 2005, the new manager was ready with anything BUT a smile! She was always screeching at tenants, and everyone hated her so much she got fired. In all fairness, the newest manager seems cool and is directing some very good improvements to the place. Also, the new maintenance guy works really hard to keep the place up. The cockroach problem seems abated, too. It's much better than it was and it's good they allow pets.

Now that some time has past, it's clear the new owners are hoping existing tenants will leave, making room for those willing to pay more rent for refurbished units (if you lived here when ownership changed, you'll never see the same sorts of things get fixed in your apartment).
