| 03/14/2012 | My wife and I have lived at Huntington Terrace North (HTN) in Huntington Beach, California for more than a year. HTN is a seniors only apartment complex (55 or older). The management and the staff are terrific! The grounds are well kept. The neighborhood is safe and quiet and we are only 2 miles from the Huntington Beach Pier and downtown Huntington Beach. Huntington Terrace North is also within walking distance of shopping, banking, restaurants, drug stores, and a grocery store (Trader Joe's).
