GRAFFITI AND DRUG DEALING From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/30/2005 Years at this apartment: 1997 - 2005   The neighboring rentals HAD pretty nice people some years ago. Unfortunately that has changed. Tagger’s and drug dealers live in the surrounding rentals now. Inside the Maddox complex there are younger “whatever” types who don’t respect others and know even less about dog’s and dog training. I’ve had a dog for many years, and I’ve learned dog training from professionals. I also have a background in Criminal Justice and Psychology. I know what I’m talking about. You could get lucky with having good neighbors or you could get the neighbors from hell. Management wants only to keep the units rented. A lease may be the worst thing you ever did.
