over priced and horrible management team

i've lived in this complex for 12 years now since before equity bought it, their management teams rotate at least once a year since every time i go in to resign my lease i'm dealing with new people. why do i stay' because it's close to work, and my daughter's school. i have also had my car broken into and three years ago after a shoddy job on a water heater in the upstairs apartment, i came home on xmas eve to a collapsed ceiling in my living room and water damage and the tenants that were in the apartment before us had a similar incident in their bathroom. their idea of compensation' they prorated the rent for those few days, reimbursed me for the items i could actually replace, but they could have cared less. i like my apartment but i hate dealing with the office staff. i hate that water sewer and trash are no longer included in the rent fees and they started charging pet rent and forcing people to have renters insurance because some moron burned down his apartment several years ago. before equity bought this property it really was a nice place to live. no trash to be seen anywhere, the grounds were more than extremely well kept and we were actually friendly with the staff in the office. regency palms is a business not a community
