Its better than most say....heres the good and the bad From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/31/2007 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2007 1 response As with most things, the truth is somewhere in the middle when you read these reviews. I've been here 4 years, signing my 5th lease next month. Parking is tight but it depends on the time of year, day, and where your apartment is located on how much you end up walking. I live in one of the smaller end courts so it is much quieter and nicer then the big ones BUT you end up parking further. They just implemented a new parking permit program and I'll update after thats been in place a month or so. Most the office people are nice but they are more concerned with new leases then helping residents so they forget your repair requests. To get around this I fax all requests in writing so everytime they forget me I make them give me the "equity service promise" credit off my rent for the month. If I get $ off and its not an urgetn issue I dont care if they take longer. Now those that remember me get me taken care of faster. The staff is a revolving door, we've been through many assistants, managers and lease people but like I said most are nice. Overall its a good value for HB or I wouldnt have been here so long. There are nicer complexes obviously but they cost much more.
