Originally built as condos these units have features nicer than typical apartments. I loved the wood-burning fireplace. They are, however, starting to show signs of age & need for maintenance. The patios have noticeable termite damage. Unfortunately the rent has become very steep, and they don't negotiate because the demand is high. With the additional cost of utilities (none are included & only washer/dryer hookups) you're definatley paying for location.
