If you absolutely need to live near the beach, this is the place but you pay the price. Our 2Bd/2Ba has been redone so many times and so quickly there is hair in the paint. The fireplace leaks really bad when it rains 3 or 4 beach towels isn't almost enough to soak it up and we are on the 3rd floor not the top! We've lived here for almost 3 years because it is the only equally located decent living accomadations between our offices. Yes the waterfalls are pretty, when they work. The truth for them is not the scenery but the noise level coverage which is nice. The elevator is not the cleanest and with such a high turnover in the apartments there is someone moving every weekend! They hold the elevator and its very annoying. They should have taken that into consideration. I cold go on and on. We havn't moved because it would be just as expensive to pack and move somewhere new. We are getting a house and that has been push to a must because they are selling the apartments as condos. Its very noisy now.
