I've lived at Seabridge for 3 years now. I must admit as appartments go these are pretty nice for the area. Washer dryer hookup in unit, dishwasher, deck storage etc...all features that are highly desireable. I live on the top floor so I enjoy vaulted ceilings and a decent view in pretty much every direction. As of late though I've become a little less pleased. The whole, place is overrun with construction noise (think beep beep beep noises from trucks) dust, piles of wood and rocks everywhere...and they start in on all this around 8:309:00 every morning. Because of my work schedule I'm still trying to sleep at these hours, which is now totally impossible. I honestly don't want to move because it's such a pita, but according to the sign out front they're offering the units from the $200,000's which means the cheapest units must be 1,2,3rd floor studios...suggesting a 4th floor studio will be even more. I dunno who in their right mind would pay $200250k for a termite infested (yes they've been inside) 485 sq/ft studio appt! I will certainly not be buying my unit at those sorts of prices...give a little on location and you could have a real condo for those prices.

Ohh and despite the apparent security of gates I have personall held one, "rapist / assailant" at gunpoint until the police could show up...the security staff never left the boot despite the young lady screaming her lungs out...there were a mere 50 feet away. Additionally a car caught fire, or was set on fire a few weeks ago in the 2nd level of parking...the police held us outside for at least an hour between 34 AM. Every month the publish this cheesy little newspaper which details the crimes in the area. I swear they must cut / paste the same crap every month because both times there was no mention of things which were ENTIRELY out of the ordinary and right in our own backyard. Only a month and a half a go a man shot his wife to death in the cul'de'sac east of the guard shack behind our gates in the, "real condos" on site here. Of course this shooting / murder never made their little newspaper either...hillarious, nice try to misrepresent the community guys.
