I did alot of searching before moving to Seabridge Villas and at the time found this community delightful.
However, we have all been put on notice that we will have to move within the next year as they are selling off the property as individual condos. Since the notice it has been a war zone with banging starting at seven am and tennants getting nails in their tires. The racketball court, dry sauna, pool, jaccuzzi and clubhouse are being redone so they are no longer for tennants. We received a newsletter telling us to "embrace the move because change is good." WEll, being older than the staff here I felt insulted at the advice given. There have been murders and car fires in the community that were not mentioned in their monthly newsletter called The Mariner. The staff does deserve great credit though as they are also tennants and feel equally frustrated by recent events. If you are considering purchasing here, beware!!! Walk around and look at the dry rot and termite damage they are busy hiding. Parking used to be great, but now construction equiptment and supplies are everywhere.
