I have lived in Seabridge Villas for one year. Seabridge Villas sets a new standard by which I will judge all other properties. During the last year I have been pleasantly surprised with the extremely high standards of cleanliness, friendliness of staff, security of property and quiet environment. My apartment was newly painted and carpeted prior to me moving in and everything was in good working order. Maintenance responds quickly (same day most issues)and does the work correctly the first time. The staff is always pleasant and very receptive to my concerns, often times taking care of issues within minutes. The security at Seabridge is excellent with a gated entry and full time security guards manning the gate. The tropical-themed grounds are beautiful with waterfalls, streams, brooks, ducks and beautiful flowers make you feel like you are literally in paradise. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND this property to anyone. I am transferring this summer and will be sad to leave.
