This complex went through an entire renovation in 2004 to a condo conversion. Many of the reviews are from residents before this conversion went through. In understand that there were issues with the management company and quality of tennants but that is now 100% false. Starting in June of 2004 when the first phase of the condos were selling, the existing residents were evicted. This complex is now about 85% owner occupied. They owners are made up of late 20's early 30's young professionals and people wanting a second home near the beach. These are people that can afford the minimum $300,000 they were selling for.
It is now a clean, quite, secure complex with assigned parking and plenty of guest parking. It has full amenities, clean pools, weight room with new equipment, sauna, jacuzzis as well as 2 guard gates with 24 hour security.
You need to disregard anything said about this place pre June of 2004. As for the ants & termites, that was taken care of during the conversion.
