Monticello Apartments 50% Recommended May 06 2008: I've been a journeyman apartment dweller for some twenty years. Moved out to CA a few years ago and this is the best apartment I have lived in in LA. The apartments are older, but solid. Close to the beach San Miguel Apartments 25% Recommended May 06 2008: I dealt with Barbara and she was nice when I first moved in, but she started showing her true colors. I lived in the property for a few years and the meantenance was great when you needed work done and Harbour Lights Apartments 27% Recommended May 05 2008: After months of living here because we signed a lease I can't wait to vacate. The outside grounds may be somewhat nice, but the parking areas are actually dumps for dirt, illegal businesses, discarded furniture and garbage. And the maintenence staff has things fixed within one day.
