We cannot wait to get the hell out of this pit whole! you do not want to live here, do not make the same mistake we did. the staff (all of them) especially kelly & crystal are the rudest & nosiest b****es you could ever come across. such a pain to deal with.
you will get accused & charged for things you havent done, if you ever have a maintenance issue good luck getting it fixed & be ready to die of heat during warm days/nights & freeze on the colder 1s. a lot of noise, vandalism as well. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7

I agree about the lawn maintenance. They over maintain the plants, so they look sad, and it's so f*&%ing loud! The lawn service they use needs to go!

They don't allow air conditioners mounted in the windows. They only allow portable AC units which generally cost in the $300 range. So lame! It's so strange to live near the beach and hope to benefit from the cool breezes only to roast away into the night with your fans roaring full boar! These apartments are so majorly warm it's scary. Oh, also they discourage you from putting on screen doors. Only staff occupants have them. Since there is a high turn-over in occupancy; I cannot fathom how this could benefit them in any way other than to think it's nothing more than total mismanagement of profit. It's really quiet strange? In addition; be prepared for an onslaught of unpredictable noise on almost a daily from the lawn care staff. I had no idea mowing, weed wacking, and endless moments of dust blowing took so incredible long. Impossible to sleep in the daytime!

very very true! i am woken up daily around 8-9am....they have no consideration for people who work nights & get home around 6:00am & sleep. by the time you shower & get to bed its about 7:30-8:00am. Not everyone is fortunate enough to work a 9 to 5 job like they do. portable acs (the really good ones that are worth your money) would cost $500, the $300 work but not as well as others. & especially now the fans loud as they are don't help much unless you are constantly standing smack dab in front of it. lol....forget cooking lunch. i cant start telling you the number of times i've fainted in the kitchen.
