So far satisfied with all categories. Leasing staff is very professional. One thing that is a nuisance are the helicopters that fly very closeby the area due to the location of the Naval Air Station. Other than that, this is a great place.

The apartment was fully furnished, but very tacky to say the least.
You will get in trouble by management if you work odd hours, and close your door too loud.
The location of the apartments is good, blocks from the ocean. Plenty of parking available.
