Alot better From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/2/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   I moved in to Santa Rosa Villas back in 2006 since the new managment company has taken over things have gotton ALOT better. The complex is always very quiet and clean. I really enjoy living here.
