i love this place for many reasons:
1. the maintenance is the best; well organize, knows what he is doing, on time, friendly, kind, and funny.
2. NO NOISE COMPLAINTS..no annoying pets, no gangs, no problems, all peaceful here
3. the manager is a nice lady, takes her job serious, takes care of the people living here, and always active during the day at the job, she is friendly, kind, and optimistic.
so if you want to live in a peaceful place, with people who care and are friendly, then this is the place to live in
