There is absolutely no privacy here! I could hear everyone s conversations clearly around me and they were not shouting. These apartments are so poorly made that if someone in the next apartment coughs or passes gas you will hear it and worse smell it! If one of the four neighbors you are now practically living with (because you can hear what they re doing and know they re business) decides to cook your apartment will get hot and you will have to turn up the broken AC. I am not exaggerating here like many others i thought people always write only bad things not the good and moved in anyways. BAD IDEA! You basically get what you pay for here. The place is full of hidden holes. I honestly don t know why but flies kept infesting the apartment and I would sometimes find dead bees on the floor. They must have been coming from the vents. I am a very clean person so I know they had to be coming from somewhere. The AC always squeaks and never works well. If you live out here where it s hot that s a deal breaker right there! There was also that reoccurring problem with ants that I had to take care of myself. Did I mention that i could hear my neighbors upstairs making love that was awkward' If that was not bad enough I could hear the neighbors next door as well because of the way the bedrooms are stacked up in the complex. This area has been safe for the most part but I can definitely see it deteriorating rapidly after all it is next to Indio. I am soo glad I moved out when I did because some ghetto people have moved into the complex lately. One of them was my next-door neighbor who apparently was a bum and didn t work just smoked pot all day along with his pregnant girlfriend. Did I mention that two of my neighbors had surround sound systems' Wow there is nothing like feeling the vibrations and special effects in your apartment when they are both going on at the same time. It will feel like your smack dab in an action movie! So on top of hearing everyone s else s business without wanting too they re is also the fact that everyone can hear your business and you are constantly paranoid trying to whisper and taking your calls outside. Also there is that great earthquake type shake whenever anyone in the complex is going up the stairs or shutting doors. I am pretty sure this place will not last in an earthquake so BEWARE!!! So if you re that nosy type of person that enjoys knowing every aspect of your neighbor s life and vice versa MOVE right in!! And bring plenty of bug spray! I m sure you will hear plenty of great conversations! So if your idea of home does not include:
-Hearing Who s you daddy' in the middle of the night.
-Hearing all your neighbors marital problems in detail!
-Being infested with flies sometimes in unbelievable amounts.
-Living in a small crowded apartment w/broken AC.
-The neighbors knowing when you re home or not.
- Ghetto bum neighbors w/ loud music /TV surround sound and base.
THIS PLACE IS NOT FOR YOU!!! TRUST ME! GO FIND A BETTER PLACE TO LIVE IT WILL BE WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!

I live in Saddleback Apartments it is not that bad!!! I never hear anything, my ac works fine I dont have flies or ant problems, i dont like the fact that I dont have a washer and dryer and other aparments do.oh and I do have neighbors that smoke cigarettes inside and when I come home sometimes my place smells.As far as surround sounds I'm sure if u live in an apartment complex and the neighbor has it on full blast u r going to hear it no matter where u live.
