Although Nice, Not Enough Parking Spaces!!

I enjoyed living in this apartment, the quality was nice & only recall having a brief problem with ants (I only recall seeing one or two cockroaches on various occasions). The apartment itself was nice, there I really have no complaints. The main issue is parking...there is none!! You cannot have visitors, and although the mgmt staff claims to enforce parking by having stickers on residents cars, this doesn't seem to be working. Often, we we had ONE person visit, they had to circle the property many times, and on many occasions, had to park across the street at the nearby church and walk across Avenue 48 to get to our apartment. Because of this, some of our neighbors chose to park in the red zone, and, in front of our garage (forcing us to get off and roam around looking for the vehicle's owner). Other times there were spaces, but the car in the next stall was being "worked on", with the owner underneath the car, it's parts spread out all over the nearby stall. We called MGMT during these times, complaining. No one ever came to advise these people they could not do this here. Since we had two cars, my husband would park in the garage, and we would have to circle around to find a spot. We noticed that there were boats sometimes, parked in two stalls. These boats never moved during our stay here. Mainly, the biggest pain is the parking!! Other than that, we had a few problems with MGMT failing to notify (like we requested) to be notified if for any reason, someone of their staff was going to enter our property. Although we were suppose to be given a 24 hour written notice, there were occasions where someone (from the staff) just walked in!!! On one day I heard the water running from the hose on the balcony, and when I opened the shades, saw one of the maintenance people using it...they had just jumped over the balcony fence!! Other than that, our garage door malfunctioned and my husband had to go to work, we called maintenance and had to wait for them for 45 minutes to even call back. We needed them to come and open the door manually. When they finally got on the phone, the maintenance person advised "well, I'm with my family in LQ right now, do you really need me to go over there NOW'" Of course, it's your job!! x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
