Lousy management

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
They have 2 kids as managers here. Adults elderly/disabled complex, but 2 26 year olds run it, and have their own kid, but tenants aren't allowed to have kids. It is a gov't. subsidized property, but management SUCKS.
