I lived here for about three years from 2000-2003. The landlords could've been a bit more expedient in their response. The surrounding area has some gang infestation but I personally never had any issues other than noticing occassional graffiti being removed from the walls. The apartments were spacious with the exception of the kitchen , it was average to mediocre. The property landscape was well maintained. My only objection was that there were no play areas for children. I have since been by there and noticed they have installed a full jungle gym and play area for the childrem.
It is by no means a place to retire, but a transitioning spot to prepare for purchasing your own home, it will suffice.
