I am a new resident. Moved in about a month ago. And so far the experience has been good. Yes, the parking is an issue here. I'm sure because most tenants do not use their garages and taking up spaces that can be used for our guest. Another small issue is that the units can use some upgrading (Newer countertops in kitchen and bathroom, newer kitchen cabnits, and energy saving window treatments. Most the the tenants I have encountered are very nice and speak. I will update as time progresses.
