The new manager, Gina Marquez, is extremely unprofessional and lacks tact. Their corporate management is even less professional in dealing with matters of the property.

Gina is awful. She is in a position that is out of her league and above her pay grade. She appears to have no experience, have to threaten to get things done. Living here is fine, parking still is bad. But they have the wrong people running the place. Being a recent college grad and being my first place on my own, I now make more then enough to live in a better area and a better place to call home. As soon as my lease is up, I'm out!

My sentiments exactly! I resided there for less than a year. A termite exterminator had the audacity to use my toilet, leave the seat up and not flush while in my apartment unattended. The office did absolutely nothing about it. The guards let ANYONE in without calling the resident. THEY SIMPLY DO NOT CARE!!!! Boy am I grateful that I was allowed to break my lease. I wish you luck.
