This community is a complete disaster. I agree whole heartedly with the previous comment about the new manager Gina. How did someone give her the title manager' She is so out of her league and has absolutely no ability to deal with the tenants. I strongly advise to look elsewhere, if you want a competent manager. I am completely disgusted with this facility.

I am a little disturbed at what I have read thus far in these ratings.What has me confused is the judgement against her so soon. Hasn't she been the manager for a VERY SHORT TIME???? Not once has the focus been on the residents that live on the property. Not one word has been spoken about the previous mangement not doing his job or ignoring please for help with various situations. It seems to me that there is a choice. You can either work with the current mangement or move and start over. It is disappointing that someone would place such harsh judgement on someone when they haven't given that person a chance to prove themselves. Life is Karma and what you put out there in the universe will come back on you be it bad or good.

I agree wholeheartedly.. by the way I am sure Gina is the writer of the response. Karma is a perfect way to discribe what goes around comes around. Thank you writer for taking a stand when you should be sitting down, keeping quiet especially giving kudos to yourself. Jeez ignorance is bliss! and fake is everywhere. Give Gina a chance to do what? Pipe down, especially when most comments are based on actual events and not some ghost that you obviously like to chase...
