Unfortunately, I must agree with the comments made regarding the new manager, Gina, OMG she is horrible. She is a liar, a manipulative, rude sorry excuse for a human being. I have never met someone so debased in all the days of my life. We pay too much for rent and the security for those of us with children to now feel as if we are prisoners in our own homes. The children can't go out and play, we have active gang members in the complex, we had a shooting in the rear of the complex which resulted in a murder, Gina decided to lock the back walk in gate with a chain (Like the principal in Lean On Me), because she feels unsafe. We were doing just fine until the unconcerned, prejudice owner and company brought her on board. We were told that Anthony was being trained as the next manager when Manuel retired. Well Manuel retired unexpectedly and NOW WE HAVE CRUELLA DEVILLE.

I would NOT RECOMMEND anyone move in to this place if quality, safety, and courtesy is wanted.

It is like living in upscaled projects. If you have other options in residential dwelling, please explore those and let this be a last resort.

I did some cross checking and Greystone Management is the same as Jones & Jones Management with BBB. All they did was revamp the corporation and now we have the same product with a different name.

Ok, are you getting evicted or you can't accept order in your life? This property is so well kept and maintained. I love living here! It's sad how some people speak based on their own complicated life. Ever since she came on everything is in order. The office looks really great and all my neighbors are extremely happy she??s here. This is one of the nicest properties in the area. I do recommend this property! Just come check it out yourself... THIS LAST PERSON POSTING THAT MESSAGE PROPABLY CAN"T AFFORD THE RENT.. FYI MOVE OUT!!!!

It's not about being able to afford the rent, it's about getting decent value for the money. They have continued to charged bubble-era rents during the recession, while other area apartments have decreased their rents to reflect the current market. The way they get away with it is that they work with the adjacent complex, the Country Club Apartment, and they "price-fix". Both complexes are overpriced, ghetto junkpiles.
