This apartment building is not the best. Kids frequently make loud noise outside. The management is not up to standards and it is a real bother to have to deal with the manager. The landscaping is horrible and at night big roaches come out. The facilites such as the pool, wash room, and trash shoot are not kept very well either. Only if this place is ur last resort would i recommend moving to into this building. In fact, my family an I will be moving out next month.

sadly to say i live there, the tenants are treated horribly. its like a correctional facility but worst. the doors for the trash shoot ( for each level) are constantly locked, so that mean the disabled and all others would have to literally walk down to the trash dump just to through the trash out. the pool are locked, there used to be a gym but they turned that into a unit, the building has a bad odor and it is very dirty, they clean it once in a while. when you have a mold or mildew build up of some sort they send some un-experienced maintenance guy to paint or plaster over it without fixing the problem. it takes weeks or sometime the inconvenience of a continuous requesting to get anything fix in your unit before it actually get fixed. the laundromat is always closed at unreasonable hours and sometimes they don't even work properly, they sometimes don't wash your cloths or dry them properly. we have two garage gates and we are only allowed to use one. the tenants are great but the apartment is horrible, i wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless your going through things and you just need to get a place to sleep in. its not a real comfortable place to live in.
