Since I moved in, my experience here has been very pleasant. First, our leasing consultant, Lauren, was very courteous and knowledgeable from the day we walked in inquring about apartments to the day we signed our lease. The rest of the staff is very friendly, yet not fake at all. Our apartment is well made, and they use the better 'plush carpet' instead of the 'berber carpet' that traps dirt used at some of IAC's other properties. (i.e. Villa Siena which we transferred from) I highly recommend this property for its simplicity, elegance, unique floorplans, great staff, and superb location. Coming from a not-so-good experience at Villa Siena, IAC had a lot to make up for, and Anacapa is definately the place to go. ;)
