I've lived in other Irvine Apartment Communities before and although this was the prettiest one, the rent was way too high (sorry but I can't take granite countertops with me so what's the point of having them'). Plus, when I moved out, the staff acted all nice and friendly but ultimately they were completely useless and rude. The overcharged me for normal wear-and-tear of the apartment (trust me, it was as clean as can be). It's THEIR job to make the apartment nice for the next tenant--NOT MINE. I left it in almost immaculate condition as I've always left my apartments in and yet this time I got charged. Trust me on this, don't go there. You're better off renting a condo from someone and having the peace and quiet you pay for rather than renting from one of these douchebags. P.S.
