Well, I had always driven by Anacapa before wanting to even move. When I finally decided to move, I started looking all around North Irvine, like Solana, Estancia, Somerset and Anacapa. But when I walked into Anacapa I was already greeted so warmly that I couldn't wait to see more of the place. Fran, their leasing consultant was the first to greet us followed by another lady, then she gave us a tour of their one bedrooms and the entire property. I really loved their salt water pool, cause I love to swim in the evenings, and they say its good for your skin. Now I don't know if that's really true, but I like to think so. Long, LONG story short, we have lived here for the past 8 months, and not only is everyone of the staff at the leasing office super nice when I go in there, but they call us once in a while to see how were doing. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone who needs to rent a place. :)
