My husband and I have lived at Anacapa for approximately 10 months. And we've had more bad experiences here than in all of our renting years combined. The staff is VERY unhelpful and gives you the impression that they do not care about your patronage. I can't say enough negative things about the lack of customer service. The staff is very condescending. It seems as if they aren't listening to you at all!

The one good thing I can say is that the location is convenient and the maintenance staff is very timely. Although, we have made only two requests: one to fix a broken garage door and another to fix a broken heater. The maintenance staff did not fix either item correctly the first time and had to make a second trip.

If you do decide to rent from Anacapa, stay away from Fran. She is condescending and rude.
