I just moved here recently and am very pleased.

I am in the back, and the top floor.

People who complain about noise, well if you EVER live UNDER people there will be noise.

My floorplan shares NO walls.

It is wonderful.

At most I sometimes hear my neighbors surround sound (under me) but the moment I mentioned it he turned it down.

Maintanence is amazingly quick and helpful.

There is always parking and everyone has a garage, that has a good amount of storage space.

The floorplans are very unique and I love the hardwood floors and granite counters.

The apartments are built to condo specs which allows for good noise control.

So far I can't complain.

Even when I drive in at rush hour there are maybe a couple cars ahead of me so it is not like it gets backed up.

I also appreciate that the gate is pretty secure.

Of courxe someone can always drive in behind someone but unlike a lot of places the gate isn't ever left open for periods of time.

The look of the community is beautiful as well.
