My husband and I have now been living here for 4 months and I feel like it was a great choice for us! Anacapa is incredibly quiet and clean. The maintenance crew is AMAZING! We have had everything fixed with the no questions asked within a 12 hour period. They even fixed our blinds for us when they saw they were broken when they came into fix something else. I was shocked! It was so nice to come home and see that they had gone above and beyond! All of the people in the leasing office are kind and considerate. Simone is fantastic and so friendly and helpful! The kitchen is AMAZING - tons of storage, beautiful granite and great appliances! Parking is fine - although Friday and Saturday nights gets a bit crowded if you get home late... you might need to walk a bit farther. The gym is fabulous! Air conditioned, clean, great machines and weights, and sparklettes water!
Most of all, I feel incredibly safe here! This was a fabulous choice!!!
