Anacapa used to be a great place to live and rent. However, since 2006 the place has gone through 3 management changes and the office staff changes rapidly which is very surprising to most of the residents. Since management has changed many times, residents have also decided to leave the community since most of resident's needs, concerns, and issues are not addressed in a timely manner when they are addressed. If you are looking for a nice place to rent, please check the nearby brand new communities available in Irvine. Rent prices are much lower than Anacapa and of course customer service and resident satisfaction might be better than this place. Many residents have moved to the nearby communities for many reasons; mainly due to resident satisfaction. I have definitely made up my mind and will not stay here for another rent renewal. If you are considering renting here, please be aware of the following: 1. safety concerns, 2. below unsatisfactory staff service, 3. noise, 4. lack of available parking spaces, etc. I hope this posting can save people for not making the mistake of being lure about thinking of Anacapa as a great community, in a awesome location, which provides outstanding customer service because if you are seeking all the above, you are in the wrong place for sure. Anacapa will not fulfill any of the minimum requirements from any resident who is seeking to have a home based on an apartment community.
