Unfortunately, someone whom lives here, appears not to have a life! The staff and maintenance are amazing. I have lived here 1 year and just signed my lease for another 18 months, because I am so pleased with where I live. There is always adequate parking... perhaps not right next to people's doors, so for lazy people that might be an issue. Christine in the office is amazing! She is kind and hard working - as are ALL the staff at Anacapa. They always have smiles on their faces, and know who you are! The complex is quiet, clean and beautiful. OF course there are a few insects, but who doesn't have ants'

SO negative person - move. You won't be missed!
