Living here for a year has been an absolute nightmare. Between the kids playing in the streets, everyone driving so fast, and not being able to find parking, I am so glad my lease is nearly up. The rent is too high for the area and the management team is not willing to negotiate. There are a lot of complexes in the area with better amenities, friendlier staff, and better parking accommodations. You can do better than Anacapa.
