I was happy with Anacapa until my car was towed recently. Read the other reviews on this site, they are quite accurate about parking issues late at night. I was not able to find parking and had to park somewhere I shouldn't have and they towed me. Be warned, if you cannot find parking, the only place to park is at Target across the street - and they will probably tow you too. Management does not care to listen to complaints, they only want you to sign the lease and they hope problems just go away. Rent anywhere else besides here!

I think it's absolutely hilarious that you know you parked somewhere you shouldn't which you admit to...when you do that you have to expect to be towed. It's your own fault and you're probably complaining because you can't accept responsibility for your own actions and need to find someone to blame. I think the management staff here has been great and any time I've had an issue they have taken care of it for me. Quit your complaining and learn your lesson.

I totally agree with SunBathe442! If you knew you weren't supposed to park there, then why did you? lol Some people are so funny.
