Overpriced and rude!

This complex overcharges and raises rent far too often and too much compared to what they offer! It is nothing more than your average and in many areas below average apartments. The only advantage they really have is that they are close to the 405 freeway and they are located in Irvine. The Charter is described as luxurious apartment living, but they are very far from it! They coax you in with a great first month deal when you first move in...and after you have signed, they raise the rent and continue to do so! And we are not talking about just a $50 increase, but $200 after only 1 month of living there! They know that after about 1 month you are all settled in and it's too much trouble to pack up and move again. A staff member, (Shannon A.) and the manager (Dawn C.) are so rude and disrespectful. They do not treat their tenants like they appreciate our business, but instead they have a very snotty attitude, since they have your business and your money.
