Charter Apartments

Good place to live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/20/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   I lived here for one year and I had wonderful experiences with the management. They were always very helpful and polite. Maintenance was also extremely helpful. The Charter is very safe, quite (I rarely heard or saw other people actually) and I never had a problem with parking.
