Very Rude Management

I lived at The Charter Apartments for five years. The rent did in fact increase every year I was there, by about $150! When I moved out, the management would not allow the moving van to park in the street, thus., costing me for a 'long carry,' by the moving company. They threatened the moving driver, by calling the police, because the van was oversized, even though the van was not blocking the parking area or causing any problems for any drivers in the area.
I always paid my rent on time and never caused any trouble. Their attitude was, that since I was moving out, they could make my life hell.
This place is way too overpriced and they have terrible attitudes!! Also, the parking garage is not a safe place to park your vehicles.
