This is one of the worst apartments in all of the OC..... I guess, because it's one of the cheapest you can find in Irvine. I have lived in them for over 3yrs (only because it's so close to my work), but plan on moving ASAP! My car has been broken into 3x's and then stolen....WTF! They do nothing about this matter. It happens more than you want to know....at least one time a month I come out to someone's car broken into and yet management does NOTHING!!! The apartment itself is falling apart....the paint on the walls, cabinets, and bathrooms just peel off. The hallways are very dirty and smell soooo bad the evaluator is from the 1960's or just likes like it. Parking is crazy...if your not home before 5:00pm your SOL. They want you to pay an extra $50 for a parking spot in the garage, but wait! that's crazy.....they want you to pay more for parking, so that you can park underground and have your car broken into...I THINK NOT!
Please take it for me....DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!

Car break-ins happen everywhere. Irvine P.D. says there was only 1 reported break-in from 8/05 - 12/05! Sounds like it might be the company you keep!

I've lived here for 16 months and have yet to see anything questionable going on around the complex. I've walked to the grocery store (less than 1 mile away) at 2 a.m. and haven't even gotten a second look. I feel very safe here and it is quiet. Riff raff...in Irvine?!?
